According to the analysis of relevant experts, from the perspective of development, the demand for forging equipment in China's forging enterprises will exist for a long time, and the market demand for forging equipment in China is huge.
Relevant experts on the current status of China's forging equipment and future demand analysis is as follows:
Hot die forging press: China's existing hot die forging press 110 sets, taking into account the introduction and the share of hydraulic hammer, hot die forging press 5 to 6 years will have more than 100 sets of demand; There are 1-2 sets of 160-180MN hot die forging crank press and billet making equipment for crankshaft front forging of heavy trucks, and 30-50MN hot die forging press with transfer device should also be developed to improve the level of forging industry in China; Special attention should be paid to the development of high-speed hot die forging presses less than 1000 tons suitable for the production of car forgings to fill the gap in our country.
Electrohydraulic hammer and high energy screw press: electrohydraulic hammer in the production of medium and small die forging has obvious advantages, now the import trend is larger, the domestic should be on the basis of the introduction to improve mechanization, automation and other supporting equipment, in order to reduce imports, increase domestic. The high energy screw press should further raise the tonnage. In recent years, most of the 30-50MN high energy screw presses produced in our country are used for forging the crankshaft of the front axle of light vehicles.
1200-1600 tons of multi-station, cold and warm forging press: used for cold temperature precision forging of CVJ and transmission shaft of car. At present, there are 5 presses of more than 1000 tons in China, and China should produce 5-6 sets in 5-6 years to meet market demand on this basis.
Roll forging machine and wedge rolling mill: This equipment is used for the hot die forging production line of heavy-duty crankshaft front shaft to produce billets (billet diameter of 160-180mm, clamping weight of 250kg) roll forging machine and manipulator and for the production of heavy axle parts with a diameter of 1500mm wedge rolling mill.
Bar precision shear machine and high-speed band saw: with cold temperature extrusion, precision die forging and cold and hot rotary forging process supporting use, mostly for a single variety of mass forging bar hot shear machine.
Large hot rotary forging machine: heavy trucks and tanks disk-shaped parts, passive spiral bevel gear and tank support wheel are suitable for hot rotary forging process, the required equipment tonnage is 12.5MN or larger, one-time investment than other die forging equipment saves a lot, suitable for multi-batch variety production.
High-speed upsetting machine: horizontal upsetting machine (including screw nut machine) occupies a very important position in the precision forging production of small car parts, there are 10,000 units in the world, and Japan accounts for 1/3. In the next 5-10 years, with the increase of automobile production, the demand for high-speed upsetting machines will increase dramatically. In order to meet the demand of domestic precision forging process, high-speed upsetting machine will become one of the key points of development.
Flat forging machine, hydraulic forging machine and extrusion machine: In order to improve the deformation of materials, the new flat forging mechanism has been paid more and more attention. With the complexity and integration of machine parts, some extruded parts can be manufactured using flat forging. At present, the new flat forging equipment can carry out vertical forging, so that the flat forging is no longer a simple upsetting aggregating equipment.
Speed up the transformation of domestic hydraulic press, the development of direct drive hydraulic forging press: foreign free forging main equipment is fast forging press, China is not yet able to design and manufacture large tonnage of fast forging press, in recent years on the production line is almost all imported projects. At present, the more successful project is to produce 800 tons of fast forging line, but there are still many areas to improve. From the trend point of view, the development of direct drive hydraulic forging press to replace the old free forging hydraulic press is a problem that our future large forging industry needs to solve
Speed up the development of forging production line needed auxiliary equipment: In order to improve productivity and reduce costs, it is necessary to make great efforts to develop forging auxiliary equipment. At the same time, it is also necessary to study the non-destructive testing technology of forgings, develop automatic and rapid multi-point testing system, and develop process control system and technology.
Medium frequency induction heating equipment: The equipment needs high power, stable and reliable performance, high durability of the medium frequency induction heating source for high-speed upsetting machine supporting, for long bar heating medium frequency furnace and temperature control accurate and reliable, two-stage medium frequency induction heater with protective atmosphere.
In short, the domestic forging equipment should be further expanded varieties, categories, especially efficient automatic forging forming equipment. Should continue to unremitting independent development, and through the introduction of joint ventures, cooperative production and other ways, in 10-20 years to basically achieve the modernization of China's forging equipment and localization.
With the rapid development of China's automobile industry, the shortcomings of domestic forging equipment have become increasingly prominent, among which the general forging equipment with independent intellectual property rights is mostly at a lower level. In order to have as much share as possible in the market competition, the industry believes that the current urgent need to focus on the development of domestic forging equipment.
The industry pointed out that the technical level of domestic forging equipment is relatively large compared with foreign countries, and several general forging equipment need to focus on development. Forging equipment mainly includes forging hydraulic press, forging hammer, mechanical press, screw press and special forging equipment. As far as the current situation is involved, in addition to the special forging equipment such as the modern high-pressure expansion machine for forming hollow functional parts, almost all types of forging equipment have been installed, but the number is different. However, in many forging equipment, most of the advanced and efficient forging equipment is not made by our country, among which, the production and manufacturing level of the most common several categories of equipment also lags behind that of developed countries. In the forging equipment designed and manufactured by ourselves, the technology and structure of some equipment are still in use in the 1950s to 1970s, lack of innovation and improvement, lack of modern technology and materials. The manufacturing quality of these equipment is not stable, especially the processing and assembly quality is far lower than that of developed countries. From the perspective of product provision, the forging equipment manufactured in China can not meet the needs of users, has not yet mastered the practical technology of forging equipment design, and the development and design ability is low.
Based on the current manufacturing level in China, it is still urgent to develop several kinds of general forging equipment and improve its manufacturing level. In the manufacture of hydraulic press, we must develop direct drive hydraulic press with modern technology, improve high pressure pump, valve and control technology; In terms of mechanical presses, it is necessary to develop presses with modern control technology, such as force measurement and setting, self-diagnostic function and safety technology; In terms of forging hammer, efforts should be made to develop the application of modern hydraulic and electrical technology of forging hammer, strengthen the reliability of hydraulic components, hydraulic system scientific research and development; In the screw press, it is necessary to continuously improve the clutch, screw and reverse motor technology, especially to strengthen the application of frequency converter in the press; In the aspect of flat forging machine, modern production requires the development of new flat forging machine driven by toggle mechanism.
