Two technical problems about the normalizing of the head

The material of the head pressing is Q345R normalizing plate, and the head should also be normalizing after pressing. The diameter is relatively large, so the material needs to be welded into a circular shape. The normalizing state of Q345 has been destroyed due to welding.

Now there are two more options

One: the head is hot pressed, pressed at the normalizing temperature, and air cooled, so that there is no need to re-normalize after pressing. Theoretically, yes, but I don't know the details.
